Angelina Jolie and her non husband Brad Pitt bring up Jennifer Aniston from time to time in interviews even though it seems apparent that Jen would prefer to be left out of the mess that is Brangelina. There will be no stopping it now though as the Christmas holiday is but one week away and jen may be in the Show Me State to celebrate.Earlier reports have claimed that Jennifer will spend at least some time in Southern Missouri with Pitt's parents (Bill and Jane Pitt) as they all still get along. Not included in the guest list will be Angie, Brad and the couple's four children.Jolie told Us Weekly magazine earlier this month that they would be staying in New Orleans for Christmas. Now Brad is talking Christmas wish lists and lo and behold his ex wife is not included. The 44-year old Hollywood star (Happy Birthday Brad). Pitt, who is all of a sudden everywhere doing interviews drops by for a visit with Regis and Kelly and tells them that he wants to get his kids the same gifts he got as a kid for Christmas. The weekly entertainment magazine has this report: "Though the episode won't air until Christmas Eve, Usmagazine.com caught up with Regis Philbin this morning, and he said Pitt couldn't stop talking about the holidays with his children."He's got four kids now, so they're going to be hopping around," Philbin told Us after the taping. "He got quite nostalgic, buying them the presents that he got as a kid years ago."Such as? "Well, I think trains," Philbin said. "I didn't pin him down, I'm not Us Weekly!" Somehow I think the kids are getting a whole lot better stuff than Brad got as a kid.

Brad Pitt was left on the outside looking in with what was described as a chance meeting in Las Vegas between Angelina Jolie and one of her ex husbands. The twice-married Jolie is currently shacking up with Brad, but on a recent trip to Sin City she bumped into her ex Jonny Lee Miller. Is that a problem for Pitt?According to a report from Life & Style Weekly there's tension. Until recently, Angelina and Jonny – who met on the set of their 1995 movie, Hackers, and were married from 1996 to 1999 – were on good terms. The two even looked cozy in 2005 while attending a screening of the documentary Peace One Day in NYC.But according to an insider cited by the weekly entertainment magazine, the exes stopped speaking at Brad’s insistence. “Jonny Lee and Angie’s not talking has a lot to do with Brad,” the insider explains. “Angelina wishes the two of them could be friends, but neither of the men wants that."So what happened when the meeting took place at the MGM Grand hotel, where boxer Floyd Mayweather defeated fellow boxer Ricky Hatton in a 10-round fight? A second insider that was at the fight said, “When Angelina ran into Jonny, they exchanged pleasantries for a while. But she made sure not to spend too much time with him, for Brad’s sake.".png)
She may not be as dark and eccentric as she was when she grabbed her previous golden Globes but Angelina Jolie is still getting some love from the Hollywood Foreign Press. She captured a "Best Actress in a Drama" nomination for her role as Marianne Pearl in the box office bomb 'A Mighty Heart.' She wasn't the only one thrown a bit of love by the notoriously unconventional body for a film flop.George Clooney grabbed a nomination for his role in "Michael Clayton." It always seems to go this way with the Globes and this year was no different. They loved "Charlie Wilson's War" as it grabbed five nominations, including ones for Best Picture and Best Actor (Tom Hanks) in the musical/comedy categories. The film opens December 21.How weird are the nominations? John C. Reilly grabs a nomination for Walk Hard: The Dewey Cox Story. Oh the humanity! No surprise here, the British costume drama "Atonement" led the field with seven nominations. Still taking it seriously? Keira Knightley also was tabbed and got her "Best Actress in a Drama" for Atonement as well. Ugh.Will Golden Globes Nominations turn into Oscar nominations? Certainly some will, but this weird list of strange combinations will not be much of a guide. Oscar nominations will be announced in late January.
Poor little baby Shiloh. The daughter of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt has been front and center on the cover of Life & Style weekly in a story that suggested that her mom and dad keep her under wraps to keep her safe from the dangerous world that is lurking around her. She has been called a 'blob' by her mother and now has been deemed an outcast in her own family, according to a report.Still the family is willing to pony up lots of cash to protect their kids. According to one report it is pegged at about $5 million per year. The cover story report notes that while the couple want their kids to lead normal lives, above all else they want to keep them safe. "Brad and Angelina love their children to death,” says the first insider, “and they’ll do everything they can to protect them.”How much does security mean to Brad and Angelina? The couple have paid $5 million this year to protect themselves and their kids, $2 million more than in 2006. The breakdown, says an insider: The magazine breaks down the payroll and claims that Brad and Angie “have increased the security at both of their California homes – they have at least 12 men at each of those properties. Each home has a special security room, where someone monitors the property 24/7.”Still that didn't keep Jolie from again taking a shot at baby Shiloh in a recent interview according to the UK Sun. The mom said of her adorable little baby according to the paper, “She looks like Brad. It’s funny because she’s almost going to be the outcast in the family because she’s blonde and blue-eyed,” said Jolie. “I felt so much more for Madd, Zahara and Pax because they were survivors. Shiloh seemed so privileged from the moment she was born.”
