Billy Bob Thornton has praised his ex-wife Angelina Jolie, calling her "one of my best friends in the world."The former couple married in 2000 and adopted 7-year-old son Maddox together, before divorcing in 2003.

And Thornton has only fond memories of Jolie, who now lives with Brad Pitt and went on to adopt two other tots and give birth to three biological children with the actor.

He tells America's OK magazine, "I've never said anything but good things about any relationship I've had and, frankly, that's all I remember about them.

"I have the utmost respect for Angelina. She's a very sweet person, very talented and one of my best friends in the world."

IN A DESPERATE attempt to save their flailing relationship, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are swapping their Provence love-nest for a Berlin bunker.The bickering couple  are planning to bunker down at an exclusive German retreat as they try to work through the tension that threatens to split their growing brood.

With their relationship reportedly at breaking point, the family will live at a mansion near Berlin which comes complete with a helicopter landing pad, boat dock, 14-strong security staff and more than one chef.

Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have moved their family to Germany after leaving the French chateau they have called home for the last five months.

The Hollywood couple and their six children left the country on Tuesday, landing in Berlin's Tempelhof airport. Reports state the family will be staying Germany for about 90 days in a villa south of the capital city. Pitt is due to begin filming the new Quentin Tarantino film "Inglorious Bastards" there next month.

The 30,000 square-foot Palais Parkschloss on Wannsee Lake boasts a private helicopter landing pad, a dock and a full security system equipped with a staff of 14 bodyguards.

In an interview to GQ magazine, the 22-year-old star admits that she lusts after the Tomb Raider star and former porn queen Jenna Jameson.

"She (Angelina) is like a superhuman goddess," the Daily Telegraph quoted Fox as, saying.

"I just think that all humans are born with the ability to be attracted to both sexes. I mean, I could see myself in a relationship with a girl - (OC star) Olivia Wilde is so sexy she makes me want to strangle a mountain ox with my bare hands. She's mesmerizing. Internet rumors that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie have split are “absolutely not true,” her rep tells Entertainment Tonight.

Pitt, who just returned from the Toronto International Film Festival to promote his new crime comedy “Burn After Reading,” was spotted Thursday at their 880-acre estate called Chateau Miraval in France.

A source tells Usmagazine.com, the family had a big breakfast together outside the back of the chateau at around 10 a.m.Said a local, “He seems happy.”Pitt recently said he is content - but tired.“Sleep is something we long for, but that’s alright, we’ll get itsoon,” he told ET earlier this month when asked about twins Knox and Viv. “All good; everyone’s healthy, and everyone’s great.”

Following online gossip columns reporting that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie had split, the couple’s rep has come out and issued a denial.

Perez Hilton posted a message on his website Thursday (September 18) saying, “There is an unsubstantiated ‘rumor’ floating around today that Brad and Angelina have broken up.”

Jolie’s rep was quick to jump on the post, issuing a denial to Entertainment Tonight saying the reports are “absolutely not true.”

The Guinness World Records has released its 2009 edition and has ranked Hollywood's most powerful couple as -- drum roll please -- Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie. The super couple, commonly referred to as Brangelina, have six children.

Angelina Jolie's new film, "Changeling," earned all kinds of raves when it debuted in Cannes. In Clint Eastwood's newest, Jolie plays Christine Collins, a devoted and hardworking single mom.

 But rather than deliver a rehash of Jolie's Oscar-winning portrayal of self-harming Lisa Rowe in "Girl, Interrupted," Jolie plays Collins as a steadfast truth seeker who refuses to take no for an answer.

Plus Jolie looks great in deep red lipstick, pin curls and that period '20s cloche hat, drop-waist dress garb. In one of the film's only lighthearted scenes, Jolie also dons a pair of classic old roller skates.
